Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for customers with memberships, either Tier 1 or Tier 2 (VIP) Memberships. Check out memberships for more details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, log into your account and submit a return request. Once approved, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation, and funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The 10% restocking fee will come from the refund.

Who Should Get a Membership?
Anybody that wants to support the mission of helping the world be a better place, and anybody who likes the products offered. Since we donate 33% of all profits, subscribing as a member and using the benefits to purchase clothing is the most optimal way to support and enjoy the brand. We encourage individuals to share the discounts with friends and family.
Do I have to be signed in to use membership benefits?
Yes; you do have to be signed in once you purchase a membership, to use the benefits. That includes the discounts, accumulating loyalty points, free shipping and viewing The.Gentle.Manhood Archive.
If I sign up for loyalty points without subscribing to a membership, do I still earn points?
No; you will need to be subscribed as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 (VIP) member to accumulate loyalty points and receive additional rewards and discounts.
If I buy products first, then get a membership, do loyalty points get added for the purchases before the membership was bought?
No. The loyalty points are accumulated once a membership is bought, until it expires.
How do I cancel my membership or subscription?
You can manage or cancel your membership directly from your customer account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If one decides to cancel, you will still have membership benefits for the period that was paid.
If I cancel my membership, do I keep my earned store credits?
Yes, you keep all earned store credits that were accumulated while being a member. Earned credits do not expire.
Can I have multiple memberships at once?
No; you can only hold one membership at a time.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in our store and make the perfect gift for the gentleman in your life. They never expire and can be used on any purchase.
