The Purpose

Mission Statement:

The Generational Gentleman exists to restore honorable masculinity through timeless style, strong character, healing, discipline, and leadership — empowering men to lead themselves, their families, and their communities with integrity across generations.

Vision Statement:

(A vision statement shows the futuristic vision of where the company is headed, in connection to the mission statement.)

Our vision is to positively impact at least 1% the world by helping individuals grow generational wealth through respect, love, healing and understanding. 1% isn't the end goal; it's just the beginning.

How Will We Accomplish Our Mission and Vision?

1. Upholding Core Values.

Our core values are Peace, Love and Respect. Everything that this brand associates with will align with these 3 things. From clothing designs, marketing, social media, business partners, etc.

2. Donations.

We will donate useful resources like clothes, shoes, food, etc. to the homeless. We will also donate money to organizations that associate to helping children, as well as organization connected to men's health (including mental health) and women's health and the elderly.

3. Transparency.

Trust goes a long way. We will aim to be as transparent as possible with all endeavors. This would mean sharing visibility to most, if not all donations. This would include where the financial donations went (if legally or contractually allowed to do so).

Roadmap:

(The below items are thresholds the company would like to meet in order to support our mission and our vision.)

1. Donate 33% of Net Profit

Net Profit= Total Revenue - Total Expenses

Note: Total Expenses include taxes and operational costs. Operational cost includes basic expansion. To be clearn, donating 33% of all profit is already part of the business and financial structure. We are showing definitions for transparency.

2. We will partner with organizations to support the distribution of donations. The organizations we support will align with the mission and vision of the company.

Note: This will be an ongoing effort. The organizations we partner with may change over time.

3. Create and maintain some form of a donation tracker for complete transparency. Or create and publish donation reports. We will try to list organizations that we sponsor/support, so there is visibility to the positive impact.

Note: Donations will occur after sales are finalized for the year and taxes are paid for the specified tax year, at least for the first few years. Once we fully understand the business cashflows, the goal is to change from yearly donations to monthly donations. Doing this will increase the frequency of our positive impact.
